Easter and more...

We started off Easter weekend by going to the Easter egg hunt at the Knife River Care Center. I was a little unhappy that we had to go by age group because I wanted to go with my cousins. But I was happy once we were together after hunting.













Mom, Dad and I colored Easter eggs. It was fun but I am a little naughty right now. When doing ANYTHING I say "Brady do it." And that's all you need to know!

We also colored eggs at my Great Grandpa Don's house. I was also in a bit trouble here for trying to do everything myself. I am just an independent 2 year old. Get over it!

Lately I tell mom that "Baby sister cry". Then I give her belly big kisses and say "All better".

Flood Pictures

Sorry everyone for our lack of blogging again lately. Our house got flooded a few weeks ago on Daddy's 30th birthday. Mom and Dad had gone to Rapid City and Deadwood for the weekend and came home to sandbag our house. Unfortunately someone drove by and made waves in the water and our sandbags fell down. We had 4 1/2 feet of water in the basement. Thank goodness for a nice neighbor who called us and picked up Daddy in his boat so Daddy could get some pumps going.
We lost a lot of stuff downstairs but we are lucky the water didn't get on our main level. We are grateful to be safe but unfortunately my great-grandpa didn't survive the flood. He had a heart attack the morning of. We will all miss you Great Grandpa.
