Thanksgiving at Oma and Opa's

This year Daddy was off for Thanksgiving so we went to Colorado to
spend the holiday with Oma and Opa. I wasn't too excited in the car on
the way down when my DVD player quit working. I screamed so hard
that when Daddy got pulled over the cop felt sorry for him and didn't give
him a ticket. I had lots of fun at Oma and Opa's house though. I had
someone to play with 24/7 so I definitely did lots of showing off. And we
had fun surprising Oma and Opa with our big news...I am going to be a big
brother next June! I have already named the new baby Tom (short for Thomas the Train).
Mama and Daddy are very excited about the new addition to our family. Mama
says she's glad the first trimester is over because she's finally feeling better. We
were very glad to make it home safely after a 13 1/2 hour drive due to very icy roads.

My First Blizzard!

About 2 weeks ago we had a blizzard here in Beulah. We woke up to lots of snow and 30-40 mph winds which created white out conditions. School was closed so Mommy got to stay home with me! We hung out inside and watched the crazy weather. Mom didn't let me go outside until the next day when the wind had died down because I had yet another double ear infection. When we finally did go outside I was so excited to put my snowpants on. But not so excited on the snowboots. And not super excited about the deep areas of snow. I just liked to sit on the snow hills and throw snowballs at the dog. Alex loved it! It was fun but I was very tired when we came in side!

Oh by the way, this is "the big one" out at the farm that Daddy has been going out EVERYDAY to try to get.

Happy Halloween!

This year for Halloween I was a train engineer. Mom thought it was a good idea since I love Thomas the Train so much. I tried on a Thomas the Train costume, but I decided that I wanted to look at it instead of wear it (and then I screamed when we had to leave the costume at the store). We went and did lots of Trick-Or-Treating and went to a Haunted House. I didn't like that very much. At first I thought it was funny but towards the end I got a little scared. The best part was walking with my cousins. I held their hands and talked to them the whole time!

Leaves at Papa's House

Last week Papa cleaned up all his leaves and made me a huge pile to jump and play in. As you can see I liked to drive my train on his pond too...The leaves were fun, but I didn't like it when they got on my face or neck.

Alek's Baptism

Last Saturday my new cousin Alek was Baptised at our church. Mom and Dad were so happy it wasn't during Sunday Church because I don't like to sit still for very long. Grandma Betsy and Grandpa Bryce wanted some pictures with all the grandkids. That didn't work out too well...there's just too many of us! We had lots of fun at the golf course afterwards, I got to play with my cousins outside! It was probably the last gorgeous 70 degree day of the year! Oh, and I really like baby Alek. I kiss his head and rub his hair, and I try to honk his nose. But he didn't cry-he's a tough guy already!

Papa's Pumpkin Patch

Last Friday we went to Bismarck and visited Papa's Pumpkin Patch. I had lots of fun there. I loved running around all the pumpkins and playing on all the fun toys. I especially liked the big wooden train. Mom and Dad had a hard time getting me to go see anything else once I saw this train. I did love the hay bale maze too though. Dad was so awesome to play on this with me. Mom thought it was hilarious when we left, and she changed my diaper, I had hay in it. I didn't think it was so funny. I got to take a pumpkin and some pumpkin
